Jerletha McDonald is the Senior Manager of Membership and Volunteer Affairs for the National Association for Family Child Care, a social entrepreneur, family childcare business consultant, national speaker and visual podcast host. She owned and operated a family childcare center, Nurturing Gifts Infant and Toddler Center for 15 years. Jerletha is the founder and CEO of the Arlington DFW Child Care Professionals and the host of her highly acclaimed radio/visual podcast show, The Jerletha McDonald Show: Everything Childcare, where she discusses everything childcare, and provides a platform for early childhood professionals to shine! Jerletha has 15 years of experience in the field of early care childhood education. She has a special interest in economic security and leadership development of women and girls. Jerletha is the Co-Chair and member of the Office of Child Care’s National Family Child Care Provider Panel.  In April of 2016, she was recognized by the Grand Prairie NAACP as one of the Most Influential Women in Business and has received numerous awards and recognition for business and childcare excellence.
