On behalf of the Michigan Association for the Education of Young Children - Governing Board, staff and volunteers - We welcome you and thank you for choosing the 2022 Michigan AEYC Early Childhood Conference as part of your professional development journey. The conference focuses on best practices, up-to-date research, advocacy, and ideas, strategies and activities to support your daily work on behalf of Michigan’s young children and their families. This year’s event includes both in-person and online components, giving you flexibility to participate in a variety of ways.

    I had the same issue. I called them and the person I spoke to said that for virtual attendees sessions aren't available until 10:30. This is incredibly frustrating. There is zero reason that the prerecorded "On-Demand" virtual sessions aren't accessible at the start time of this conference. Additionally, it needs to be made clear on the site that this is the case so that we can adjust our training times accordingly. Not okay. Please either fix this issue or post it on the site clearly for those who chose the virtual option.

I asked the man flat out "so for virtual attendees there is nothing we have access to until 10:30?" and he said yes. I am furious. Our money was taken and we aren't being provided the same product/training as those who were able to attend in person.
