This session introduces participants to the CLASS® Environment tool, including what it measures, how it is organized, and why it is an essential component of high-quality learning settings. Participants will explore Environment items across CLASS domains and categories—arrangements, displays, and materials—and learn how these elements shape children’s experiences. Through guided discussion and examples, educators will gain insight into how intentional environmental design can support learning, engagement, and development for all children.
