The Infant Toddler Learning community is comprised of early childhood educators working directly with infants and toddlers in caregiving situations, and those who support them. By engaging in peer-to-peer learning, we can learn from and support each other. This Learning Community will provide a forum for open discussion, topical questions and resource sharing.
To engage in this learning community, register, then navigate to the Discussion Forums and Trainings tab. There you can engage in the discussion forum questions as well as view and attend live and pre-recorded trainings and webinars. Connect with other members of this community directly in the Members tab and download resources in the Resource tab.
This learning community is facilitated by Olivia Prichard, Program Assistant with Michigan AEYC. The facilitator posts forum discussions, shares trainings and resources, and moderates discussions. Participants are encouraged to share resources in addition to what is provided by the facilitator.
Discussion forums are moderated. Michigan AEYC is committed to ensuring that all learners have access the opportunity to learn and engage in a safe, supportive learning environment. Harassment or discrimination of any nature will not be tolerated in open forums.

Michigan AEYC
Hello all! I have been working with infants and toddlers for most of my 9 years of teaching. I currently work at Michigan AEYC as a program assistant. I obtained my bachelor's degree in child & family development at Western Michigan University and am currently working on my masters at Northern Michigan University. I have worked at various centers/schools and have lots of experience working with infants and toddlers. Some of my favorite topics around infants and toddlers are loose parts and anti-bias. In my "spare time" I enjoy crafting, cooking, writing, presenting, creating, and spending time with my husband!
