Description:
Conflict is a part of everyday life. Where there are people, there is conflict. Normalizing conflict can begin to help diffuse tensions and ease worries when engaging in a difficult conversation with a colleague or peer. Participants will explore different ways to approach having a difficult conversation or addressing a conflict from the lens of Restorative Justice. The Restorative Justice approach works to address harm in relationships, a community or an organization caused by conflict and offers ways to rebuild trust and respect for those involved moving forward
